| Abstract: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of solar salt capable of remarkably reducing impurities such as calcium and sulfate. ;SOLUTION: The method has (i) a process for obtaining concentrated salt water by crystallizing carbonate and gypsum by subjecting the salt water to solar evaporation, (ii) a process in which alum is added to the concentrated salt water, (iii) a process in which the salt water is purified by sedimenting a floating particle under gravity at a preliminary crystallizer, (iv) a process in which the salt is crystallized by supplying the purified salt water to the crystallizer and continuing the solar evaporation, (v) a process in which a salt layer is deposited at the crystallizer by repeating the step (ii) to (iv) and (vi) a process in which the salt is scraped by supplying a new salt water to the crystallizer after discharging bittern from the crystallizer. | ||
