| Abstract: | Method and apparatus for producing Textile/Fabric Reinforced Composite Sheets and Products consisting of mortar and textiles/fabrics is disclosed. Single, simple, low cost equipment for uniform production is disclosed to produce multiple products with increased production rates. The product obtained are smooth surface and final products are aesthetically appealing. The product has less variability for mechanical properties from point to point and structure to structure. Minimal manual effort are required in the production. High performance textile/fabric cement composites could be produced. Wastage is minimized by avoiding the excess mortar application on the fabric contributing to a faster and more energy efficient overall production process. | ||
