An apparatus and method for production of precast textile reinforced concrete crash barriers comprising a movable profile tray [3]  placed on production table[2] and further placing a thickness controller[4] by means of 4 pneumatic pistons[5]. The layers of mortar  and textile are placed in the surface prepared with oil. The steel coupler and channel section is embedded in the mortar. A cover is  closed to maintain slope and to obtain smooth and leveled surface. The thickness controller[4] is completely filled with mortar and the  whole setup is allowed for vibration to remove air voids. The thickness controller along with top cover is lifted using pistons[5]  leaving the barrier in the movable profile tray[3] attached with a roller[8] slided over a guiderail[9] attached to transfer tray. The  casting process is continued by attaching another movable profile tray[3]. An installation method of textile reinforced concrete crash  barrier at site is also provided.
