| Abstract: | A rejuvenator for recycling asphalt is disclosed. The rejuvenator comprises a Biooil A, wherein the Bio-oil A is a non-hydrogenated plant oil comprising 10-16% Palmitic Acid, 40-50% Linoleic Acid, 8-16% Oleic Acid and 15-22% Stearic Acid of the total amount of fatty acid; and a Bio-oil B, wherein the bio-oil B is obtained from biomass pyrolysis and comprises 20% to 35% rosin acid; wherein the ratio of Bio Oil A to Bio-Oil B, is in the range of 1:100 to 100:1. A paving composition and a process for preparing a paving composition that includes reclaimed asphalt pavement material is also disclosed. |
