| Abstract: | A Hydraulic System comprising top cylinders (1), bottom cylinders (2), side cylinders (3), frontal shield (4), hydraulic power pack (5), vehicle chassis (6), hard pipe (7), flexible hoses (8), gear pump (9), RMPTO (10), universal coupling (11), tank (12), valve manifold (13), joystick (14), sensors (15), in-line filter (16), pressure relief valve (17), Solenoid Operated Direction Control Valve (18), modular flow control valve (19), one counterbalance or over control valve (20), Direction Control Valve (21), Flow Control Valve (22), Pressure Reducing Valves (23), direction control valve (24), Throttle Check Valves (25), double acting hydraulic cylinders (26). The system runs with input from a single joystick. The operating mode of the pair of piston cylinders in the hydraulic circuit is synchronised from a single input port. Time cycle for actuation of the piston-cylinder in the hydraulic circuit remains unchanged and it is independent of the load variation of the shield. |
