Abstract:
A device and method of blast mat for the novel, safe and productive controlled blasting, which comprises an assembly of piece of conveyor belt, a magnetic locking system, looped ends of four numbers of wire ropes spread on the periphery of the rectangular blast are, two looped wire ropes for diagonal tightening of blast mat and an inclined borehole for inserting anchor bolts and a magnet for unlocking the joints of belts, is placed on top of the blast holes for controlling flyrock and air overpressure. The present invention provides a novel, productive, cost-effective, and safe method for controlling flyrock for near-field as well as far-field distances.
