| Abstract: | The present invention provides thermoelectric composite film consisting of low bandgap polymer of Formula 1 and single walled carbon nanotubes. According to the invention, the low band gap polymer is integrated with the single walled carbon nanotubes with noble distribution, and the provided innovative preparation method has the advantages of simple route and good thermoelectric composite film forming ability for thermoelectric applications. The overall composition and processing has improved the electrical conductivity and power factor, when compared to the prior art documents. |
