Abstract:
A Power to X (Hydrogen) Apparatus for High Volume Hydrogen Rich Fluid Decomposition comprising supply system, gas injection system, chamber having a plasma  reaction zone, gas outlet system, programmable logic controller with a Human-machine interface (HMI). The apparatus compatible with green energy which utilizes  Hydrogen rich fluids (e.g. methane) as feedstock and may be scaled according to required throughput, provide catalyst free fast processing reach up to 3000K, high  conversion rate, low-cost, conversion ratio (e.g. methane to hydrogen) up to 90% or and in compact size. The fluid injection system is proposed for introduction of  process fluid with controllable flow rate and scope to achieve larger flow rate inside high temperature plasma zone. The initiation of high temperature plasma is  achieved by a electronically controllable plasma ignition system and carbon separation along with fluid separation unit is attached with the system to separate  hydrogen/other processed fluid & carbon at the output.
