Abstract: The process is environmentally friendly and does not involve the use of structure-directing agents or zeolite seeds. The overall  preparation process is simple environment friendly, energy efficient, and scalable. The process comprises separately preparing sodium  aluminate solution and sodium silicate solution using different alumina and silica-containing raw materials. The procedure entails the  steps for the preparation and mixing of a raw material consisting of silica, alumina, and alkali sources in a reactor. The zeolite  synthesis gel mixture is having composition in the range of (0.9-1.0) Al2O3: (2.5-3.5) SiO2: (2.5-5.0) Na2O: (75-180) H2O. The  zeolite synthesis gel is aged in between 10-48 hrs and crystallized in the temperature range from 83 0C to 118 0C to obtain Zeolite-X.
