| Abstract: | The present invention provides stereogenic 3,3-disubstituted 3-aminooxindole compounds of formula (I). In addition, the present invention provides a process for preparing a stereogenic 3,3-disubstituted 3-aminooxindole compound of formula (I) using isatins and N-methoxy ben-zamides in presence of highly abundant iron catalyst.
