Title:

A Thin Radar Absorbing Structure for Planar/ Conformal X - Band Applications

Value Proposition:

A thin radar absorbing structure (RAS) designed to provide high electromagnetic power absorption in X-band while being suitable for integration on planar as well as conformal surfaces. The technology can contribute to radar cross-section (RCS) reduction with significantly lower thickness and weight than conventional bulky absorbers.

Radar cross-section (RCS) reduction of hotspots on aircraft, UAVs, and defense platforms.

Advantages:

Thin, flexible, high power absorption in X-Band for normal and oblique incident angles for TE/TM polarizations, Suitable for fabrication via existing techniques.
