| Abstract: | The present invention provided an innovative and sustainable process for obtaining high-purity brine (99% NaCl) suitable for direct industrial applications while simultaneously recovering marine salts of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium, from dilute sea, subsoil, or desalination plant reject brines after bromine extraction. The prior inventions focused on isolating individual marine chemicals such as NaCl, gypsum, MgSO4, KCl, and bromine. However, the emphasis has often been on the purification of NaCl, leaving other valuable marine chemicals unexplored. This invention method not only acquires recovery of high pure NaCl (99%) but also efficiently separates other marine chemicals like Gypsum, CaCO3, Mg(OH)2, and KCl including bromine, directly from the dilute brines, eliminating the need for separate brine and bittern management. This invention offers a practical, discharge-free solution for obtaining high-purity marine chemicals, providing direct utilization of NaCl for various industries without further purification. |
