| Abstract: | Present disclosure discloses a method of manufacturing an oxide based bi-ceramic film 5 thermocouple (100). The method incudes soaking a substrate (1) in an aluminium nitrate solution and drying the soaked substrate (1). Further, the dried substrate (1) is heat-treated. Furthermore, a first mixture comprising of indium chloride, tin chloride and isopropyl alcohol is formed and indium chloride is dissolved in the isopropyl alcohol to form a first solution. Additionally, a second mixture is formed comprising indium chloride, aluminium chloride and in isopropyl alcohol, and 10 indium chloride is dissolved in the isopropyl alcohol to form a second solution. Furthermore, the first solution is sprayed on a surface (1a) of the substrate (1) to form a first film (2) and the second solution is sprayed on the surface (1a) of the substrate (1) to form a second film (3) to form the oxide based bi-ceramic film thermocouple (100). |
