| Abstract: | The present invention relates selective for Kappa opioid receptor (KOR) agonist compounds, their tautomeric forms, their pharmaceutically accepted salts, or prodrugs thereof, which are useful for the treatment or prevention of various diseases in which the KOR are implicated, such as treatment of prevention of neuropathic pain, visceral pain, drug addiction, hyperalgesia, arthritic inflammation or autoimmune inflammation. The invention also relates to a process for the manufacture of said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use. |
