Gluten free buckwheat based products viz. instant rice, breakfast flakes, noodles and ready to drink beverages. Product and process technology developed will target and enabling health and wellness area of celiac disease management for making slogan under Swasth Bharat.

Advantages:

Buckwheat is the traditional food crop of high altitude region that rich in nutrition and gluten free in nature.
