Energy management in buildings are becoming more prominent as the demand for energy increasing more and more by utilization of HVAC’s and automation. CSIR CSIO developed BEMS helps in monitoring and control the utilities in maintaining the comfort level in the building including the augmentation of power generation through renewable resources. It can be easily integrated in the smart cities programs. It provides a real-time data at the comfort of the office or any location desired. Analysing and remote access of collected data from the sensors allows end user to get alerts if certain thresholds are exceeded.
