Title:

Calcium Waste Utilized Cement Free Wall Putty

Value Proposition:
Commercially available wall putty (JK, Nerolac, Asian Paints etc) is based upon the white cement and natural resources dolomite with some polymer materials. Developed putty product is based upon the calcium industrial waste by-product derived from the industries without any additional white cement. It having wide spread wall finishing applications on cemented wall plaster surface, to make the plaster surface smooth so that surface require less paint/distemper and glossy finish.
Summary Application:

Despite the modification in raw materials, the resulting wall putty exhibits properties and performance almost similar to those of commercially available wall putty with the added advantage of being safe and free from heavy metal ion contaminants, still whiteness is the challenging issues. The unique selling proposition of this putty powder lies in its low carbon footprint as a construction material, free from white cement.

Advantages:

It utilizes calcium-rich industrial byproduct waste as a pragmatic solution for managing solid industrial waste, while promoting innovative construction technologies through the development of a cement-free wall putty made from recycled materials.
