Value Proposition:

Jowar (sorghum) cereal flakes offer a nutritious, gluten-free alternative to conventional breakfast cereals. With increasing demand for millet based and traditional grains, jowar flakes provide a value-added, ready to eat product that combines convenience with the nutritional benefits of whole grains.

Summary Application:

These flakes are widely used as RTE breakfast cereals with milk or yogurt. They are also used in snack formulations, health foods, and diet specific products such as gluten-free meals. In the food industry they are incorporated into packaged cereal mixes and bars.
