Title:

Chlorogenic Acid Rich Coffee Conserve from Green Coffee Beans

Value Proposition:

Chlorogenic acid rich coffee conserve is a functional product obtained from unroasted green coffee beans, which naturally contain high levels of chlorogenic acids, a group of polyphenolic compounds with strong antioxidant properties. Processing green coffee into a stabilized conserve helps preserve these bioactive compounds and enables their utilization in health promoting foods and beverages. This product provides a natural source of antioxidants that may support metabolic health and wellness.

Summary Application:

The process involves cleaning and grinding green coffee beans, followed by extraction using water or suitable food grade solvents to obtain chlorogenic acid rich extracts. The extract is then filtered, concentrated, and stabilized to form a conserve containing significant levels of bioactive compounds. The resulting product can be incorporated into functional beverages, nutraceutical supplements, dietary products, and health oriented food formulations requiring natural antioxidant ingredients.

Advantages:

The conserve retains high concentrations of chlorogenic acids and other beneficial polyphenols that contribute to antioxidant activity. Utilizing green coffee beans in this form increases their nutritional and commercial value beyond traditional coffee products. The processing method improves stability, storage, and ease of incorporation into various formulations. It also supports the development of functional foods and nutraceuticals aimed at promoting health and preventing oxidative stress.
