Coffee flakes based mouth freshener is a novel product prepared from processed coffee solids that provide a pleasant aroma and refreshing taste. Coffee naturally contains aromatic compounds that help mask unpleasant breath and deliver a distinctive flavor experience. Converting coffee into flavored flakes creates a convenient, ready to consume mouth freshener that combines sensory appeal with the characteristic aroma of coffee.

Summary Application:

It is prepared by converting coffee extract or concentrated coffee solids into thin flakes through controlled drying techniques. The flakes may be blended with sweeteners, flavoring agents, or herbal ingredients to enhance taste and freshness. The final product is packed in moisture proof containers and consumed directly as a mouth freshener after meals. It can also be marketed as a flavored confectionery product.
