The present invention has developed a water soluble composition and method for prepreration of solid particle stabilized phenylpropanoids and their oligomers derived  from Piper betle leaves. The inclusion complex used for the stabilization are further loaded with the phenylpropanoids and their oligomers, thus provides a formulation  with high loading capacity without the use of any surfactant and emulsifier. The said compositions and formulations can be used for the treatment or prevention of  ovarian cancer.
