Curd Strip

Value Proposition:

Modified PVDF membrane which can be used for preparation of consistent quality curd. Self life of this strip is more than 6 months.

Inoculum based curd preparation which is generally in practice is does not guaranty consistent quality curd. Inoculum (old curd) are also not readily available all time in home. By changing the size of membrane any quantity of curd can be prepared.

  2. Improved curd like probiotic curd can be prepared at home.
