| Value Proposition: | Development of Diamond Detectors was targeted for the detection of alpha particles and fast neutron. It consist of single crystalline / poly crystalline diamond with different combination of metal contact on the both face of a diamond. Prior to metal contact the diamond substrate is converted to O-termination in order enhance the performance of the detector. |
| Summary Application: | Diamond Detectors will be used for measuring and detection of alpha particles and fast neutrons at different temperatures. |
