Graphitized MCMB powder prepared from heat treatment of low cost pitches such as coal tar pitch and petroleum pitch deliveres high discharge capacity of 340 mAh/g after 50 cycles.

Summary Application:

Can be used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
