| Abstract: | An Electric power controlling system (1A) and method of precise power controlling for e-vehicles comprising a speed controller (1) to ) control the power of the e- vehicles, a power controller (2) to control the speed of the e-vehicles, MOSFET inverter ( 49), wheel hub BLDC motor ( 50), highly precise braking system circuits ( 51), input throttle speed ( 52), advanced electronic controller ( 53), forward/reverse system circuit ( 54), mechanism to detect the low level of battery voltage and indicate an alarm signal ( 55). The method of precise power controlling for e-vehicles comprises a plurality of steps: a) the speed controller operates continuously on flat terrains, while the power controller (2) remains inactive. b) inclined terrain is being identified by the hall sensor and their signal conditioning units. c) the resistive feedback mechanism (4) in the system triggers the power controller (2) to activate and deliver the required power to the motor (10). |
