Electronic Controller 250 Watt for  BLDC motor of E-Tricycle/Motorized Tricycle 

Value Proposition:

Electronic controller which provides specific algorithms and hardware designs for controlling the precise speed and power of electric tricycles on different types of roads like inclined, hilly, and flyovers. 

Summary Application:

The innovative electronic controller motor is very useful in making of indigeneous Motorized / Power Assistive E-tricycles for disabled individuals and the elderly people

Advantages:
  • Conventional methods – Manually operated tricycles, fully electric tricycle, petrol operated retrofitted scooters, etc
  • Proposed Solutions - Variable speed control through the mobility controller on to the dynamic road conditions.
  • Power assist would add value to manual hand paddling as and when required to provide the additional power on road conditions such as hilly regions, inclined and uneven surfaces.
  • Mechanism of the hill assist helps to prevent the back sliding of e-Tricycle on inclined road especially during moment input speed applied though the throttle and motor actually starts rotating.
  • Indigenously designed & developed electronic controller for BLDC motor 250 W.
