FuoriPCR

FluoriPCR is an advanced DNA-based device that integrates a thermocycler with a tunable fluorimeter for nucleotide amplification assays and spectroscopy. This stand-alone instrument facilitates robust and accurate molecular testing in a compact, all-in-one format, making it suitable for both laboratory and field-based applications. Equipped with a thermocycler, UV-Visible LED interface, and optimized excitation wavelengths, the device supports PCR, RT-PCR, fluorescence spectroscopy, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. The emission component is implemented through a MEMS-based mini spectrophotometer operating within the 370 nm to 780 nm range, allowing for comprehensive measurement across the entire emission spectrum. This design, enhanced with AI algorithms, ensures reliable on-site testing with high accuracy, particularly for the authentication and detection of foodborne pathogens in meat samples
