| Abstract: | The present invention relates to a cost-effective process for the synthesis of hyper-production of poly gamma glutamic acid using L- glutamic acid independent approach. Specifically, the present invention relates to synthesis of poly-gamma-glutamic acid (?-PGA) from Jaggery, blackstrap molasses, and floral waste.
