| Abstract: | The present invention relates to a gold based targeted nanoformulation useful for treating triple negative breast cancer the process of preparation of gold nanoparticle based targeted drug delivery systems (Au-Dex-MUA-Rapa, Au-Dex-MUA-Ola) by the combination of gold nanoparticles as delivery vehicle, dexamethasone as aglucocorticoid receptortargeting ligand, MUA as surfacestabilizing agent and commercially available anti-cancer targeted drug for mTOR (Rapa:rapamycin, everolimus)or PARP(Ola: olaparib) pathway inhibitor for synergistic anti-cancer efficacy. |
