Improved Hydraulic Jig

Value Proposition:

IMMT designed jig can  handle the difficult to treat ores containing high near gravity material and flaky particle The novelty of this  unit is that jig bed is partitioned and each chamber of the jig can have different amplitude of pulsation to control the density segregation .

Summary Application:
  • The improved jig can be sucessfully used for beneficiation of coarse particles above 1 mm size. 
  • It can be used in the processing circuit for beneficiation of iron ore,chromite ore, coal, manganese, ferro-alloy slag, barite etc. 
Advantages:
  • It can segregate particles when feed materials contain high near gravity materials more efficiently.
  • It can segregate particles with flaky nature efficiently.
  • It can handle fragile ores effectively.
  • It provides different amplitudes along the length of the jig.
Commercialization Status: Licensed awaiting commercialisation
