| Abstract: | The present invention relates to Isatin-Triazole hybrid analogues as the anti-inflammatory effectiveness and process for preparation thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to Isatin hybrid molecules with substituted 1,2,3-triazoles by click chemistry at room temperature in high yield. Further, The Isatin-Triazole hybrid analogues and evaluated in THP-1 cells induced with LPS. Notably, Isatin-1,2,3-triazole analogues demonstrated non-toxicity towards human monocytic THP-1 cells across three tested concentrations (150, 300 and 600 µg/ml), and it significantly reduced the expression of pro-inflammatory markers TNF-a, IL-6, and MCP-1 by multiple folds. | ||
