Title:

Macrosurfacing Technology: Thin Surfacing for Cement Concrete Pavement

Value Proposition:

Maintanace of distressed concrete pavement to restore the riding quality  through conventional concrete overlay is a cumbersome  costly process and invlove closure of road for considerable time duration. Macrosurfacing technology for surface treatment of rigid concrete pavement is a cost effective, durable, preventive maintenace treatment to restore the riding quality of cement concrete pavement with minimal disruption of traffic. Its an insitu treatment and after the treatment CC road can be opened for traffic movement within an hour duration.

Summary Application:

Technology offers a quick maintenance, cost effective solution for cement concrete pavement . Macrosurfacing is an in-situ surfacing work where the surfacing is carried out on ambient atmospheric temperature. Work can be carried out using conventional microsurfacing machine with slight modifications.
