Modified Mix Seal Surfacing (MSS+)
Value Proposition:

Technology is intended to provide dense graded durable surfacing for low to medium volume traffic roads at ambient temperature. It minimizes the requirement of high order machinery for road construction. Technology has been commercialized for commercial production and application.
Summary Application:

Technology provides a cost effective easy  to construct road surfacing, using customized bitumen emulsion which is compatible with the variable set of aggregates.
Advantages:

1) Cost effective road surfacing then conventional hot mix asphalt
2) No pre heating of aggregate and binder is required
3) Offer better durability than the conventional Mix Seal Surfacing
4) Compatible with different types of aggregates
Commercialization Status: Licensed awaiting commercialisation
