Abstract:
The present invention provides a sampling device for the accurate collection of liquid samples, specifically aqueous solutions, brine, and bittern, from varying depths  within pond environments without disrupting stratification layers. The controlled sampling device comprises several key components, including a sampling tube with  multiple openings for collecting samples at specific depths, high-performance solenoid valves for precise fluid control, a diaphragm booster pump capable of  withstanding corrosive environments, and a control device with automation and programmability. The controlled sampling device enables simultaneous sampling from  multiple depths, enhancing accuracy and efficiency while reducing labour and material resources. The device operates semi-automatically through a relay receiver  transmitter module. Additionally, it includes a self-cleaning mechanism to handle corrosive samples and an integrated rinsing device to prevent contamination between  samples. The controlled sampling device is suitable for various industries, including salt production, pharmaceuticals, and desalination. The device helps in precise  brine and bittern analysis, a cost-effective, user-friendly device.
