Production of nutritionally enriched mango Bar & puffed rice bar which are rich source of calcium and iron useful in combating malnutrition.

Summary Application:

Using low cost affordable technology for the development of nutritionally (calcium and iron) enriched food products (Mango lather and Puffed rice bar) to combat malnutrition especially among women and children.
