| Abstract: | The present invention relates to the process for fabricating a planar fuel electrode supported SOEC or R-SOEC using functional fuel electrode involving fewer process steps at lesser temperatures resulting in uniform and defect-free electrolyte layer. The invention further relates to a planar fuel electrode supported SOEC or R-SOEC using functional fuel electrode prepared by such a process, said cell relating to generation of hydrogen. The cells prepared by the invented process have better electrochemical properties. | ||
