Hybrid tool for analysing the performance of induction motors and centrifugal pumps on-line, on-site and in-situ. The system uses the simple measurement of clamp-on transformers for input electrical power measurement, the motor shaft speed, the suction & discharge side temperatures and pressures

Developed a proprietary algorithm to estimate the motor losses using equivalent circuit method and pump performance using thermo-dynamic principles. The efficiency estimated on both the motor and pump are verified against the standard with ±1%.
