Process Knowhow for the Crispy Fruits Development

Value Proposition:

The technology for production of crispy fruits and vegetable can help to reduce the post harvest loses, which are estimated to be about 25% of its production due to inadequate storage and processing facilities, crispy fruits are high grade consumer products made available in packaged form.

Summary Application:

The food processing industry is one of the largest industries in India, it is ranked fifth in terms of production, consumption, export and expected growth. The Indian food market is estimated at over $ 200 billion likely to grow from around $ 70 billion in 2008 to $ 150 billion by 2025
