Value Proposition:

Atta (whole wheat flour) offers a nutritionally superior alternative to refined flours by retaining the bran, germ, and endosperm of the wheat grain. This ensures higher dietary fiber, essential vitamins, and minerals such as iron and magnesium. It supports digestive health, provides sustained energy release, and aligns with growing consumer demand for minimally processed, clean-label, and health-oriented staple foods in both traditional and modern diets.

Summary Application:

Atta is widely used as a staple ingredient in the preparation of various traditional Indian foods such as chapati, roti, paratha, and puri, as well as bakery products like bread and biscuits. Its versatility extends to household cooking, food service sectors, and industrial food processing. It is also increasingly utilized in value added products such as multigrain mixes, RTC blends, and fortified flour formulations targeting specific nutritional requirements.
