Production of Superior Quality Writing Chalk Sticks

An improved process of makinf calcium carbonate chalk.

It is prepared by mixing of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3), other different additives and binder with water in the mixing machine. This wet material is converted in to cartridge (tablet)which is then utilized for extrusion through specially designed chalk extruded machine .The wet long sticks are cut in the required length pieces followed by drying. Finally grinding operation is performed manually for giving final finishing.

• This chalk has ability to write four times more than the ordinary gypsum base chalk and 1.3 times more than the imported chalk.
• It has high bulk density, smooth finish, dust-free nature, and minimum handling breakage, less sensitive towards moisture, good visibility of writing and easy wiping qualities.
