| Abstract: | The invention provides a recombinant protein for management of Sars-CoV-2 infection. This invention discloses the SARS CoV-2 Prefusion Stabilized Spike Protein Ectodomain (PSSPE) designs, their codon-optimized polynucleotide sequences, polypeptide sequences, and the use of anengineered expression vector for expression and, use of purified recombinant PSSPE for management of SARS CoV-2. The PSSPE can be used as immunogen/vaccine to generate a robust immune response against SARS-CoV2 in the subjects, as therapeutics and as diagnostic aids. Furthermore, the designed constructs can also be used for development of nucleic acid and viral vector-based vaccines and therapeutics and for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2. | ||
