| Abstract: | The present invention relates to solar tracker photo-flow reactor for the preparation of homologated carboxylic acids and their derivatives by a continuous photo flow process. The present invention describes fabrication of smart solar panel micro-photoflow reactor system to follow the sun trajectory and light dependent pump flow rate for the homologation of diazo compound to make the???amino acid, ester, amide, and thiolateanalogs thereof. The present provides homologated carboxylic acid such as ?-amino acid, ester, amide, thiolate etc which are intermediates in the synthesis of sitagliptin. The process for synthesis of such intermediates in a solar tracker photo flow reactor designed for carrying out the process is disclosed. |
