This LECA-based self-compacting load-bearing lightweight roof/floor screed technology delivers a structurally strong, thermally efficient solution that slashes dead loads by up to 50% compared to conventional concrete. It achieves over 25 MPa compressive strength, superior flowability per EFNARC standards, and low thermal conductivity (1.39 W/mK), ideal for sustainable roofing in commercial, residential, and high-rise applications.
