| Abstract: | A system and method for pH measurement and calibration comprises a pH electrode to measure the voltage of the solution present in the test beaker, a beaker1 with a low pH solution, a beaker2 with a high pH solution connected to the test beaker, a beaker3 with unknown pH solution connected to test beaker, a beaker4 with buffer solution connected to test beaker, a water level sensor, a controller. The system and method categorize voltage readings during calibration into distinct cases, applying tailored correction algorithms to mitigate errors systematically. Intelligent algorithms enhance the precision of pH measurements, adapting to varying conditions and contributing to reliable calibration outcomes. User-friendly automated calibration processes reduce the potential for human error, ensuring efficiency and consistency in pH sensor calibration.
