Title:

System for Detection of Adulteration in Milk

Value Proposition:

The system is capable of detecting adulterants such as urea, salt, detergents, boric acid, caustic soda, Lye (NaOH), soda, hydrogen peroxide and many more unknown adulterates in raw milk. A novel voltammetric system for detection of adulteration in genuine milk with synthetic milk is described in which the measurement of current response is performed on a single working electrode during the voltage sequence with the measurement procedure.
