| Abstract: | This invention discloses Ti2AlC MAX phase induced improved shape-memory polyurethane and preparation method thereof. The MAX induced improved shape-memory polyurethane (SMPU)-MAX composites were prepared by introducing the MAX phase Ti2AlC material in the SMPU matrix through mixing in a twin-screw micro compounder followed by injection molding. The SMPU- MAX composites show improved shape memory function and thermal and electrical properties. The SMPU-MAX composites can readily recover to their original shape following numerous thermal cycles with respect to unmodified SMPU, and the developed material has wide application prospects in the field of intelligent components. | ||
